What this covers
These terms apply to your use of the OpenRydr website (openrydr.com and openrydr.app) as it exists today: a coming-soon page where you can submit your email to be notified when the OpenRydr mobile app launches.
Separate terms will apply to the OpenRydr mobile app when it becomes available. Those terms will be published before the app ships.
Using the website
You may browse the OpenRydr website freely and submit your email through the signup form. In doing so, you agree to:
- Submit only an email address you own or are authorized to use.
- Not submit fake, automated, or abusive signups.
- Not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, security, or availability.
Email communications
If you submit your email, you're agreeing to receive a launch notification and occasional project updates from OpenRydr. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email, or by emailing privacy@openrydr.com.
Intellectual property
The OpenRydr name, logo, tagline, written content, and visual design on this website are the property of the OpenRydr project. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without permission. Linking to the site is encouraged.
No warranty
The OpenRydr website is provided “as is.” While we do our best to keep it running and accurate, we make no guarantees about uptime, error-free operation, or the accuracy of forward-looking statements about the app. Features, timelines, and pricing described on the site are subject to change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenRydr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from any error, interruption, or delay in its operation.
